Sacca Fisola Market Market
The weekly market of Giudecca, on Friday morning in Sacca Fisola, at the western end of the island: a neighborhood market, far from tourist circuits.
The Sacca Fisola Market is the weekly market of Giudecca. It is held on Friday morning in Sacca Fisola, the residential island that extends Giudecca westward, facing the port and Tronchetto.
Like the other neighborhood markets of the lagoon, it is intended first for residents: stalls and trucks from the mainland set up along the streets near the public garden. It is not of particular interest for a first stay, but it shows an ordinary Venice, that of the residential neighborhoods of Giudecca.
